Training Levels:

  • Tier 1 (basic)

This tier is designed for athletes who are trying to become a setter and have one year or less of training. Young setters need setter specific training early on so they will have the right hand formation, coordination, footwork, etc.

  • Tier 2 (intermediate)

This tier is designed for setters who are 13 years and up, have 2 years of experience, and are open to feedback! Athletes will focus on setter specific skills, core strength, wrist flexibility, setter IQ, etc. Working two hours weekly and expected to complete work outside of class, setters will be trained to perform at the highest level.

  • Tier 3 (advanced)

This tier is the highest level of setter training and will be for athletes wanting to or currently competing at the HS Varsity level or Collegiate level. Classes are designed to enhance all things setter and push athletes to their highest potential. Athletes must be 15 years or older (unless evaluated by Coach Nev in private lesson) and willing to work on advanced setter skills.
